Our Seriously
Wicked Cool Team

Barb Johnson

Barb brings a wealth of experience in curriculum development and program management for elementary school initiatives and serves as the creative director for Wicked Cool. She holds a MA Educator’s License in General Science, a Master’s in Health Professions from Northeastern University, and a BA in Biology from Merrimack College. With a background as a classroom math and science teacher and informal science educator, Barb is also a graduate of the Boston Emerging Leaders Program. Barb is married with two adult kids and is passionate about all things Disney, as well as being a devoted fan of Boston sports. She's still waiting for her Hogwart's letter.

Person who tests all the fun stuff.
Cindy has been with Wicked Cool for Kids since 2008. Her responsibilities include research, ordering, inventory, and distribution of supplies for the various art, science and technology programs. AManda Pang
Program Coordinator
Controller of the Portal of Where to Go and What to Do.

Heidi FrEDA
Chief LEGO Officer & Warehouse Wizard
Heidi is the keeper of the keys for our LEGO vault. She has been with Wicked Cool For Kids for several years and loves her dog Teeku and her former stepdog Milo. Heidi loves Wicked Cool so much that she has even recruited her mom Linda to come and work at our office. You can hear Heidi laughing any time you stop by. Ask her for an ice coffee when you are here!

Paul McCarthy
Inventory Assistant and Counter of Many Things
Paul has been with Wicked Cool For Kids since 2018. He received his associate’s degree from Middlesex Community College, and has a degree in accounting from Merrimack College. Paul allocates inventory and keeps track of all our supplies from plastic spiders, to glitter and catapults. In his spare time, he enjoys reading mystery novels. His dream is to someday be the proud owner of a Basset Hound.

Linda Humphries
Inventory Assistant, Mad Scooper and Measurer
Linda had no choice but to come work for Wicked Cool for Kids. Her daughter Heidi, cited above as a warehouse wizard, put a spell on her and made her come to our office to count 10 thousand craft sticks and put baking soda in tiny cups. She also gets to count and sort lots and lots of LEGOs. When Linda is not at the office, she is an international jetsetter and exploring her newly discoverd talents as a dog whisperer.

Margaret Witzke
Educational Business Associate, South of Boston
Definitely not in Kansas anymore
A Univeristy of Kansas graduate, Margaret initially joined Wicked Cool as a teacher, recruited by a friend at a barbecue. After a few years, she returned to the Midwest. Years later, she came back to teach again. Now, Margaret works on the Marketing side of the "EBA" team, also assisting with recruiting and staffing. You'll definitely notice her Amy Farrah Fowler energy from The Big Bang Theory! Her cats approve of her move back to Boston as they both have Boston accents.

EJ Lossman
Educational Business Associate, North of Boston
Supreme Office Nerd
Despite his roots as an English major from Plymouth State University in NH, EJ began at Wicked Cool as a Program Coordinator and Instructor. After some time away, he's back with us as the North Educational Business Associate, focusing on sales. In addition, he will contribute to staff development and management. EJ will also take the lead in creating school-based programs for Wicked Cool. When not at work, EJ can be found adding to his Hogwarts LEGO collection, planning D&D campaigns and re-watching Stranger Things.
